Alanis Aesthetics is run by its founder, Linda, a licensed and insured esthetician. The studio is at Suite 1F, 819 N 23rd Ave, in Melrose Park, and the menu covers facials, waxing, brow and lash services, teeth whitening and Procell microchanneling.

Express facials take 30 minutes, with a teen version at a lower price, and both leave out extractions and facial massage. Custom facials start at $85 and are tailored to skin type, with optional add-ons. Other options include diamond, back and signature microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion with or without ultrasound and cold therapy, a chemical exfoliation peel, a CBD and acne-focused glowing facial, an anti-aging facial with enzymes, and a Hair Goddess facial with a double cleanse, extractions and a hydro-jelly mask.

Procell Therapies microchanneling is offered as a single session for $300 or in packages of three for $800 or six for $1,500. Packages of three must be used within six months, and packages of six within the same year. The six-session package requires its full price as a deposit at booking. Each session includes LED light therapy.

Booking requires a $25 deposit, and services under $25 require a deposit of half the service price. Clients are asked to complete intake forms before their appointment. Credit card payments carry a 3.75% service fee. Gift cards are sent as eGift cards in $5, $10, $20, $50 or custom amounts, can go to one or several recipients or be pooled as a group gift, and can be checked and reloaded. The studio is open Monday through Thursday 9:30 am to 7:30 pm, Friday 9:30 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday 10:30 am to 7:00 pm, and closed Sunday.
