Each new patient begins with a clinical assessment of skin and goals before any treatment is recommended. Care is introduced in stages, starting with foundation skincare, moving to procedures when the client is ready, and continuing with maintenance. A Skin Optimization Consultation produces a sequenced topical skincare plan; it costs $50 as a standalone telehealth visit, is free alongside any in-person treatment, and the fee is credited toward products or the first treatment.

The chemical peel menu ranges from exfoliating and superficial peels to resurfacing and medium-depth options, priced per treatment. Peel depth and agent are chosen individually based on Fitzpatrick skin type, prior peel history, and goals. The Melanostop Tran3x peel is aimed at dark spots, sun damage, post-acne marks, and melasma. Microneedling is usually done as a series of four to six sessions spaced four weeks apart, followed by maintenance every three to six months.

Neurotoxin treatment uses Xeomin, priced at $13 per unit and confirmed at consultation. Dosing is reassessed at every visit rather than set to a fixed count. Consultations for neurotoxin can be done by telehealth before booking, at no cost and with no obligation, and patients complete an assessment and consult form before their appointment.

There is no waiting room and no front desk selling add-ons; appointments are one patient at a time. Bookings are made through the booking link at the top right of the website.
