Brow work starts with a consultation in which the esthetician looks at facial symmetry and bone structure before shaping. Threading uses twisted cotton thread to lift hair from the follicle, with no wax or razors, and a soothing gel is applied so no harsh chemicals are needed. A threading session typically takes 10 to 15 minutes. Shaping is done gradually over several visits, and clients are shown how to maintain their brows between appointments.

The menu goes beyond brows. Facials are blended to suit each client's skin type and concerns, including aging, sun damage and acne, and begin with a detailed skin analysis and a conversation about diet, lifestyle and exfoliation habits. Microdermabrasion and peel treatments are also offered and can be combined with a facial. Makeup services cover everyday, evening and event looks, bridal makeup with airbrush foundation and a trial session, and camouflage makeup for scars and areas of hyperpigmentation.

Other services include lash extensions in several styles, eyelash and eyebrow tinting, eyelash lifting, waxing with temperature options suited to sensitivity, natural hair braiding with box braids, knotless braids, twists and goddess locs, and scalp treatments.
