Braiding is organized by style. Several braid styles include braiding hair in the price, and BoHo curly pieces can be added to select styles, including feed-ins, knotless or box braids and loc styles, for an extra fee. The stylists do not supply the BoHo hair itself.

Loc care is a major part of the menu. Services include loc comb out sessions that can last up to four hours, loc repair priced per loc, micro locs, take-downs, and reconstruction consultations held in person to assess locs and quote the work. Reconstructions over $150 include a free retwist. Detox is a deep treatment with a steam and a deep massage, and the salon suggests repeating it every three to six months. Loc lint color correction uses a black coloring shampoo to blend and cover visible lint, and a detox requires lint to be fully covered first.

Beyond hair, the salon offers lash removal and several cluster lash sets, facials and a scalp facial, a beard conditioning treatment, brown tint, and a range of waxing from lip and chin to full face and legs. Makeup art is also available. Appointments can be booked online through the website, and the online shop sells retail items priced from $8 to $10.
