The menu runs from brow and lash services to facials, LED light therapy, waxing and three peel add-ons. Brow lamination paired with a lash lift and tint is the largest combined service. Teen versions of several services are offered for ages 13 to 17, and each requires a parent-signed consent form.

Booking is done online through the studio's Glossgenius page. Deposits are required for brow lamination, lash lifts and the Glow + Go Facial, and the teen clean facial also takes one. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice incur a 50% fee. For brow lamination, lash lift and lash tint, clients should arrive with clean skin and no product on it. Anyone using acne or anti-aging products such as retinol, Retin-A or tretinoin should stop them 14 days before a brow lamination with lash lift, and clients who have taken Accutane should stop for at least six months before brow lamination.

The studio does not currently offer men's services. It sells gift cards and skincare products, and offers a 15-minute, no-cost booking slot for buying or picking up product only.
