Hair work includes bridal hair, including bridesmaid updos and simple or elegant bridal styles, with details handled by message. Hair and makeup for homecoming, prom and formal events is scheduled in advance. Tape-in hair extensions are offered in 18 and 22 inch lengths, including removal, installation and full highlight or toner services. Fantasy hair color is available by consultation, and the summer color service is open to elementary and middle school students. A high school student discount is offered. The business says it uses what it considers the best hair extensions on the market.
Brow and lash services include eyebrow tweezing for clients who are sensitive to wax, eyebrow lamination, brow tinting with a traditional tint rather than henna, and a 45 minute eyelash lift. Waxing is done with soft wax on most areas, and the full facial service covers the lip, chin, sides, eyebrows and cheeks with a brightening under-eye mask, but not the under-eye area itself.
Clients who can't get to the salon can have services done at home, by arrangement. The owner also visits residents of independent living, assisted living and memory care communities, where regular hair and nail upkeep for seniors is included. Residents of partnered senior living communities who receive services are exempt from fees for cancelling, arriving late or not showing up.
A free 10 minute consultation is required before booking any service, and a consultation is required before chemical services. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and later cancellations carry a 35% fee. Clients who do not arrive without notice are charged the full scheduled total. Clients running 10 to 15 minutes late or more should call as soon as possible, and a late arrival may shorten, modify or reschedule the appointment. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require a non-refundable deposit before future bookings, and the owner reserves the right to decline future appointments after excessive cancellations or no-shows.
The owner describes the hair services as luxurious and never rushed, and consultations come before chemical work.
