Haircuts are offered for women, men and children, with pricing given by contacting a stylist. Color services include highlights, balayage, lived-in color and fashion colors. Hair extensions begin with a consultation and come as halos, clip-ins or hand-tied extensions, and are booked by calling the salon or messaging it on Facebook.

Facials are customized to each client's skin concerns. Lash lifts and tints and brow lamination and tints are also offered, and facial waxing starts at $13. The head spa comes in 60-minute ($150), 90-minute ($195) and 120-minute ($250) sessions, including a scalp massage, deep cleansing, nourishing treatments and a blow dry.

Bridal hair and makeup is handled through The Veil Society, which is listed at the same address. The Veil Society says its hair and makeup artists are licensed and/or certified and take ongoing training. Bridal clients start with an inquiry form, then receive a personalized estimate and a signed proposal, and a retainer fee reserves the date. A preview is held roughly three months before the wedding to discuss styles and timeline.

Cancellations more than 48 hours ahead can be made by phone or message. Cancellations made with less notice, or no-shows, may be charged 50% to 100% of the appointment. Clients running late should call the salon. Those more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment reopened or given to another client, and the full booked service may then not be possible.

Stylists work independently, and facials are customized to each client's skin concerns.
