Haircuts are customized to each client's hair care needs and range from bobs and layers to bangs and pixie cuts. Color options include highlights, lowlights, balayage, ombre and glaze, and there are curly cuts for clients who wear their hair in its natural state. Relaxers permanently straighten hair and can include a rinse to cover gray or change tone, while silk press temporarily straightens natural texture. Protective styles, braids, locs and sew-ins make up a large part of the menu. Some extension services, including beaded weft, K-tip, I-tip and tape-in installs, require a consultation before booking.

Online prices begin at the amount listed and are not a fixed charge. The cost depends on the level of the team member doing the work, and the final amount may change with hair length, density and condition, the result wanted, how long the appointment takes, the products used and any added treatments. Extension hair orders are settled in full before they go through. To book, a valid payment card is required, along with a deposit equal to 25% of the service total. Changes to appointments more than 48 hours away can be made online, while appointments 24 to 48 hours away must be cancelled or rescheduled by phone. A late cancellation means the deposit is forfeited. A no-show is charged 75% of the scheduled price, and the deposit counts toward that charge. Late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period. The stylist decides whether a service can be shortened.

Guests are asked to disclose allergies, scalp conditions and recent chemical treatments before any service. Stylists may decline a service after consultation if they are not confident they can get the result the client wants. Corrective services are offered for mistakes made by the provider, and clients should report dissatisfaction within 48 hours of a service. Technicians are paid on a commission and level-based system and can advance within the salon through a leveled promotion structure.
