Booking starts with an inquiry form or an email, and the business offers a free call of about ten minutes to explain the process. Previews are held on Mondays by appointment at the Shawnee studio, booked in two-hour blocks from 10am with the last one at 6pm, and most take about an hour and a half. A $200 retainer holds the date along with a signed contract. It is non-transferrable and non-refundable, reserves artists two to 18 months ahead and helps cover insurance, licensing, kit products and continuing education.
