The facial menu starts with a 45-minute Express Facial and a 60-minute Back Facial and moves up to IMAGE Skincare treatments. The O2 Lift Facial comes in three options, and the Volu-Lift Sculpting Facial comes in two and includes a neck and decollete massage. Dermaplaning, which removes peach fuzz and exfoliates, is offered in two options, and High Frequency is used to calm blemishes and ease redness after extractions.
Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, back, chest, stomach, and intimate areas, with single-area services as well as half and full body options. A full body wax takes about two hours and covers every major area below the neck. Men's grooming, from beard cuts to the Deluxe Cut and Skincare service, is listed under barber services and is available on the first and third Saturday of each month. Kids' cuts are offered for children under 12.
A 25% cancellation fee applies, and clients who cannot attend are asked to tell the studio as soon as possible so they can reschedule. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Emergency Service adds $60 to the regular price for appointments outside regular scheduled days.
According to the salon, it has plans to broaden its offering with mobile event services, bridal programs and wellness experiences.
