Seniors receive the same cuts as other guests at a reduced price for ages 65 and over.

Stylists receive ongoing training in haircutting and barbering techniques, according to the salon. Clip Notes store technical details from earlier cuts so any stylist can match a regular client's preferred haircut. Guests who need support can ask for reasonable accommodations, including for sensory or special needs.

The salon takes part in several community programs: complimentary clipper cuts for people undergoing cancer treatment through Clips of Kindness, free haircuts or haircut cards for active and veteran service members on Veterans Day, and hair donations to Wigs for Kids, where participating locations offer a free haircut to donors.
