Blonding and balayage are the salon's main expertise, tailored to skin tone, maintenance goals, and hair health. Custom color ranges from full-color changes to root touch-ups, grey coverage, gloss, and toner. Extensions are done with Invisible Bead Extensions and other custom methods. The salon says it was one of the first in Wisconsin to specialize in that method and calls it the leading extension method on the market. Extension installs require a consultation first, a deposit, and a card kept on file. Hair clients are matched with a stylist through a consultation request form, and complimentary consultations are available to help choose a service. The salon says stylist levels reflect tenure and availability, and that every stylist is trained to its standards.

The Skin + Body Lounge offers head spa rituals built around scalp cleansing, exfoliation, and scalp and neck massage. The Cleanse runs 30 minutes for $135. The Golden Hour Signature runs 60 minutes for $195 or 90 minutes for $235 and adds a custom scalp treatment, a cooling eye mask, and sound therapy. The Sanctuary is a 90-minute ritual for $325 that adds red light, a weighted blanket, hand and arm massage, and a blowout finish. A range of enhancements from $10 to $35 can be added. Head spa rituals are not performed over installed wefts, so the salon recommends booking one before an extension install or move-up. Airbrush tans are applied by hand with Norvell solution on a custom platform matched to skin tone. The standard tan costs $65 with 8 to 12 hours of development, and the express tan costs $75 with 1 to 4 hours. Each appointment takes about 15 to 25 minutes, plus time for enhancements. The salon says a tan comes out streak-free without orange tones when the solution is matched to skin. Head spa and airbrush services can be booked online without contacting the salon first.

Golden Hour Coffee + Wine is a coffee and wine bar inside the salon, open to the public, which can deliver drinks to the chair. There is free parking, including a private lot and overflow parking behind the building. Brow and lip waxing, brow tinting, brow lamination, and a mini glam makeup touch-up are available as beauty add-ons. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged a 50% fee to the card on file. Guests under 13 need an additional guardian in the salon, and the salon suggests guests come alone to longer appointments. Redo requests must be raised within one week of the visit and are completed within two weeks. A change of direction from the original request is priced as a new service, and product charges always apply.
