The salon began in the smallest room of its former building; the current space spans several rooms and is roughly five times the size of that first room. The salon says its mission is to help clients feel and look good every day.
A first visit begins with a consultation with your stylist, who plans the appointment and sets up a longer-term plan around your goals. Haircuts take 30 to 55 minutes and are shaped to your face shape, lifestyle and goals, with a wash or blow-dry included. Color is mixed to a custom formula that is saved in the salon system for future visits, and color correction always starts with a consultation. Lash and skincare clients complete intake forms and meet with a licensed esthetician for a personalized consultation.
Bridal work covers hair and makeup for the bridal party, pre-wedding trials and day-of services, offered on location, in the salon, or both. To book, email the date and, if on-site service is wanted, the location; the contract comes back by email and the date is held once the deposit and trip fee are paid by check, Venmo or Zelle. On-location service needs four or more people getting services, and for fewer a ghost spot fee applies. The team works across southeastern Wisconsin and further by arrangement.
Appointments are booked online through Vagaro, and bookings that include a phone number or email receive a reminder 24 hours ahead. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are rescheduled at no charge where possible; later cancellations are charged half the appointment cost. Listed hours are Monday to Wednesday 12 to 8, Thursday 10 to 6 and Friday 10 to 4, with Saturday and Sunday reserved for weddings. Hours may vary.
