The spa's view is that good skincare builds up over time, so committing to regular care now is meant to pay off in the long run. New clients can begin with a free 20-minute consultation that includes an in-depth skin analysis. That consultation is required before any peel, microneedling or microcurrent service.

The facial menu runs from a 40-minute seasonal express facial to 60 to 90-minute custom and signature treatments. The Premium Custom Facial is a 75 to 90-minute service that includes a double cleanse, skin analysis, exfoliation, massage, oxygen, extractions, a custom mask, hydration and SPF. Other options include the Berries & Bubbly Facial, the Dream Facial, the Luminescence Facial, an Oxygen Facial, a Gentleman's Facial and a Clear Skin Medi-Facial aimed at deep cleansing and pore care. The Super Facial comes in five versions, each suited to a different skin goal. The salon describes it as an award-winning facial.

Teen Facials are offered to ages 13 to 18 and take 50 minutes. Teens must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and consent forms must be completed in person. The spa recommends a teen facial every 7 to 10 days.

Beyond facials, the spa offers microneedling, which the spa describes as collagen induction therapy, along with PRX treatments, microcurrent, and professional chemical peels that start at $90. A membership program sells groups of three appointments and covers many of the facial and treatment services.

Appointments are held with a credit card, which is charged only for late cancellations or no-shows. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice carry a 50% fee, and a no-show or missed notice is charged in full. Payment is due at the time of the appointment.
