A boutique operates on site under the name Pearl's Spa and Boutique.

The massage menu includes Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, neuromuscular, sports, sports with cupping, prenatal, hot stone and couples massage. Lymphatic drainage uses light, rhythmic touch and follows the Dr. Vodder method. Neuromuscular therapy is aimed at soft tissue injuries and chronic pain. Prenatal massage is offered for the second and third trimesters. The Couples Suite offers a choice of Swedish, deep tissue or hot stone massage for 60 or 90 minutes, and it must be reserved by phone. Massage add-ons include aromatherapy, CBD therapy, the Pearl's Hand Treatment and cupping.

Facials range from a 60-dollar Quick Cleanse to the Pearl's Refined glycolic treatment with extractions. A Teen facial is built for acne-prone skin, and the Gentlemen's facial uses the spa's medical-grade skincare line. The Glo2Facial series combines oxygen bubbles, a lite ultrasound step and lymphatic massage, and the spa calls it a breakthrough treatment. Individual chemical peels use the Jan Marini Skincare line. Face and body treatments include dermaplaning with a medical-grade scalpel, gua sha fascia release, body wraps, body polish with a salt scrub and essential oils, and a back acne cleanse. Gua sha is not recommended for guests with thin or very reactive skin.

Injectable services include Botox, Xeomin, Glow Tox, microneedling, VIPeel, several Juvederm fillers, undereye filler and facial balancing. Vanessa Moser, a nurse practitioner and aesthetic injector, performs these treatments, and injectable consultations can be booked with her by phone. Facials can be booked two weeks after Botox or filler.

Reservations can be made through the Make a Reservation link on the website, and phone calls are the preferred way to reach the spa. A credit card is required to hold a reservation and is charged only for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. Gift cards and gift certificates are accepted at checkout. Children cannot come to appointments, and electronic consent forms must be completed before service. The spa recommends booking two to three weeks ahead, or four to five weeks ahead for groups. Public parking is directly across the street. The spa is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00am to 7:00pm.
