The shop grew out of its owner's independent salon studio, which she ran for nearly a decade before expanding into a neighborhood shop that offers both salon and barbering services. Spanish-speaking barber services are available.

Walk-ins are welcome when there is availability, though appointments are recommended. The shop is open Tuesday and Friday from 11 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday from 11 AM to 7 PM, Thursday from 11 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM, and it is closed Sunday and Monday. Gift cards can be purchased.

Women's services include cuts, blowouts, and styling, along with color such as root touch-ups, all-over color, gray coverage, glossing, and toning. Highlight work covers partial and full highlights, balayage, and face-framing highlights. Men's services include haircuts, skin fades, tapers, and precision clipper cuts, as well as beard trims and facial and head shaves. Children, teens, and adults can all book haircuts, and the salon also does updos for prom and homecoming and wedding or event hair. Olaplex and K-18 treatments are offered.
