Massage services span six styles: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Corrective, Therapeutic Recovery, Restorative and Synergistic. Most styles come in 50- or 80-minute sessions. Restorative brings together warm towels, aromatherapy, cupping and heated stones. Synergistic blends heated stones and aromatherapy with Deep Tissue, Swedish and stretch-based techniques. A Mom-to-Be massage is available to clients who have moved past their first trimester. Couples versions are offered for most styles. The Couples Synergistic session includes a glass of champagne, and optional couples facial or body add-ons can be paired with it.

On the skin care side, the spa offers peels for acne-prone skin, for sensitive skin, and for mature, non-sensitive skin, plus a resurfacing peel that uses mandelic, lactic and tranexamic acids. Facials range from the Crystal Hydrating Facial, which uses botanical enzymes with quartz and scalp massage, to the Soothing Facial, which includes an AI skin analysis, cooling stones and red light therapy. Other options include extraction-based acne and microdermabrasion facials, a dermaplaning and oxygen facial, a Men's Beard Facial with a high-frequency comb treatment, and a Nano-Microcurrent Facial. The spa states that the Nano-Microcurrent Facial helps serums penetrate up to 30% more than topical application alone.

Several packages are priced for individuals and for couples, and some services require both a therapist and an esthetician, so the spa may need up to 24 hours to confirm a package booking. The Mother's Ritual Collection is offered around Mother's Day and is booked by phone rather than online. Body treatments and waxing are also available, along with a 60-minute semi-permanent lash lift.
