BW Skin Studio operates from a suite on Fifth Avenue in San Diego. Hours run evenings on weekdays (6 PM to 10 PM) and from 8 AM to 7:30 PM on weekends. The studio offers facials, lash services, makeup for events and makeup lessons.

The facial menu includes the BW Signature Experience, a 55-minute facial at $100, and the Lift and Sculp Facial, a 70-minute treatment at $110. The Hydra Restore Ritual, also 70 minutes at $110, includes gentle hydro dermabrasion. The Velvet Dermaplane is a 70-minute exfoliating facial at $115 that removes dead skin and peach fuzz.

Lash services include the Korean Lash Lift, Tint and Keratin, which takes 60 minutes or more and starts at $99. Makeup options are Soft Glam Makeup, an 80-minute service at $100, and Elevated Glam Makeup, which runs 95 minutes or more and starts at $120. The 1:1 Personalized Makeup Lesson is a four-hour private class at $200 that includes makeup materials, a printed beauty guide and product recommendations.

The BW Glow Club is a monthly membership at $89 that includes one glow facial each month. Members receive a hydrojelly mask upgrade, priority booking, 10% off facial add-ons and member pricing on select treatments.

Facial services take a deposit of $35 to $40, Soft Glam Makeup takes a $50 deposit, and makeup lessons take a $75 deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but can move to a future appointment if rescheduled within the allowed window. Cancellations and reschedules should be made at least 24 hours ahead; later cancellations may incur 50% of the service price, and no-shows may be charged the full price. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Payments go through the booking system, and in-person Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment.
