Massage is the core of the business. Options include Westerly Signature Massage in 60, 75 or 90 minute sessions, Ashiatsu barefoot massage, pregnancy massage, hot stone massage and lymphatic drainage treatment. Couples can book a session in which two therapists work in the same room, either as a standard couples massage or an Ashiatsu couples massage. Reflexology, cupping, CBD oil and foot or back scrubs can be added to most massages.

The facial menu has three Weekapaug treatments: an Express facial of 40 minutes that does not include extractions, an Essential facial of 60 minutes with extractions available on request, and an Indulgence facial of 80 minutes. Waxing for brows, lip or chin, the face, underarms, bikini, arms, legs and back or chest uses the Nufree hair removal system. Eyelash extensions use Novalash products and include initial applications, returning full sets, refills every three to four weeks, and removal.

Booking is by phone and the business does not take walk-ins. Gift cards are available as e-gifts through the website.

Sessions are shaped around each client's needs, and the therapists work across several massage methods. Facial and skin treatments are tailored to the client with an emphasis on skin health.
