Ian Newbury

Ian Newbury is a licensed massage therapist, licensed by the state of Rhode Island. He graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy and is certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. He is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

His practice centers on specialized techniques for chronic pain caused by tissue dysfunction. He works in Swedish, deep tissue and hot stone therapy, along with Trigger Point Therapy, Acupressure and Myofascial Release. He has completed Niel-Asher Technique Trigger Point Therapy certification, with frozen shoulder named as one area of focus.
