The shop started in the early 1970s as a barbershop owned by Dave Bailey. In 1975 Cheryl Keicher bought it and converted it into a full-service salon for women and families. In 1990 she merged it with Melenee Hair Design and moved it to the Robinwood Shopping Center. Cheryl sold the business in November 2025, and the salon has since relocated to the Willamette neighborhood, where it has been since March 2026.

In 1990 she merged it with Melenee Hair Design and moved it to the Robinwood Shopping Center. Cheryl sold the business in November 2025, and the salon has since relocated to the Willamette neighborhood, where it has been since March 2026.

The salon says it has served the West Linn community for more than 50 years. It describes its aim as modern luxury with a community focus, and its stated mission is an inclusive, diverse and professional space where real human connection matters, so that clients leave feeling confident.

Stylists work at several levels, and prices follow that scale. A women's cut and style (45 minutes) starts at $63 at Level 1 and rises to $84 at Level 4. Men's and children's cuts (30 minutes) run from $53 to $74 across Levels 1 through 4. Color services follow the same pattern: a partial highlight starts at $103 and a full highlight at $123 at Level 1, with toner extra. Corrective color is billed per hour after a required consultation. The salon notes that final cost often differs from the base price depending on hair type, service time and the products used. It also hires and trains new stylists.

The scalp spa menu includes two longer treatments. Relax and Restore is a 90-minute visit at $155 with a foot soak, aromatherapy, a head massage, scalp cleansing and hair care. Custom Scalp Therapy runs 120 minutes at $200 and adds a scalp analysis and a treatment customized to the scalp. Facials, manicures, pedicures, lash and brow services and an ionic foot detox round out the menu. Online booking is available through the website.
