The team is led by owner and lead stylist Lyndsey Moyer. Stylists focus on different areas, from balayage and blonding to precision cutting, dimensional color and extensions, and the esthetician handles lash and brow services and full body waxing. Clients can book online through the Phorest booking site. To request a stylist who does not appear on the booking site, the salon asks clients to call. Office hours are 10am to 6pm Pacific time, Monday through Saturday.

Beyond appointments, the salon stocks a range of at-home hair care products for all hair types, and sells body products, candles and fragrances. It works with ORIBE and L'Oréal Professional products in the salon.
