The clinic is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, with Saturday visits by appointment only. The clinic is owned and directed by Dr. Priya Walia, a naturopathic and Ayurvedic physician.

Visits start with a free 15-minute consultation with Dr. Walia. A new patient visit runs about 60 to 90 minutes, and patients are asked to send intake forms, medications and supplements ahead of time. A consultation is required before any injection or IV. A second visit of about 30 to 45 minutes reviews labs, imaging and a treatment plan, and follow-up visits run 25 to 40 minutes.

Naturopathic medicine here looks at root causes across energy, hormones, digestion, metabolism and longevity. The Ayurveda offering includes herbal medicine, diet guidance, yoga, breathing practice, meditation, bodywork and seasonal cleansing regimens. Dr. Walia's practice also draws on physical medicine, craniosacral therapy, kinesiotaping and regenerative therapies.

Regenerative aesthetics services include medical-grade DMK facials, Botox or Xeomin, SkinPen microneedling, and platelet-rich plasma.

IV infusions take about 30 to 90 minutes and can be given at the clinic or as mobile IV at homes or workplaces around Seattle. Mobile IV is also available for groups and events with a travel fee. Telemedicine visits take place by video through the OptiMantra system, with lab testing at Labcorp sites or drop-shipped to the patient's home, and patients can view plans, message the physician, order labs and review results online. Corporate wellness programs, on-site IVs and injections, and wellness talks are offered for teams and private events.
