A visit begins with the client's own concerns rather than a set menu. The practitioner then assesses facial structure, how the face moves, skin quality and how the features work together. A complimentary consultation comes before any treatment, and clients do not need to know which treatment they need before arriving. A facial visualization tool offers a preview of potential results before the consultation, though the tool does not decide the treatment. Financing is available for treatments, and the practice also hosts private aesthetic events for small groups and special occasions.

Wrinkle relaxers are offered with Daxxify, Xeomin, Dysport or Botox and cover areas including forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet, the brow area, bunny lines, lip flip, the chin, jaw and masseters, neck platysmal bands, and excessive sweating. Results commonly last about three to four months, and a follow-up is recommended two weeks after treatment. Dermal filler plans are built around balance and facial support rather than pre-set syringe packages, and placement is conservative. Filler swelling may last about three to seven days, final results are expected within two to three weeks, and results generally last six to eighteen months. Because maintenance is considered essential, the practice suggests allowing at least two weeks before events or vacations after filler. Collagen biostimulators include Sculptra and Radiesse, and The Biostimulation Series is also offered.

PDO threads are absorbable threads placed beneath the skin to support tissue and encourage collagen, used for brow, jawline, midface and cheek support, and neck rejuvenation. Lifting results are described as immediate and lasting six to eighteen months, while the smoother thread option is described as lasting around three to six months, usually with three to four sessions a month apart.

Skin rejuvenation options include PRP (platelet-rich plasma), microneedling, The Lunchtime Refresh (a dermaplaning treatment with exosomes), and a set of peels: VI Peel, Illuminize Peel, and Glow & Go Peel, a glycolic salicylic peel. The peels and The Lunchtime Refresh are each 30 minutes. The LCA Signature Facial and the Gua Sha & Cupping Facial are each 50 minutes. The signature facial includes deep cleansing with steam, Celluma LED and a mask, and the Gua Sha & Cupping Facial includes cupping, Gua Sha techniques and a scalp massage. Customized facials are also available.

GLP-1 weight management begins with a consultation, which may be applied toward the program if treatment goes ahead. The program includes a medical history review, a personalized dosing strategy set after consultation, education, ongoing check-ins and adjustments, and lifestyle and nutrition guidance. Not everyone is a candidate, so safety and appropriateness are assessed first.

The practice describes its care as personalized, with the aim of helping clients age while still looking like themselves. Recommendations are tailored to each person rather than drawn from a standard menu.
