A visit starts in the spa lobby, where a technician greets guests and takes them to a private two-room suite with its own restroom and walk-in shower. Suites have heated bathroom floors, heated robes, heated treatment tables, slippers, hot packs for the back and neck, steam-free mirrors, and adjustable bed temperatures. Essential oils are included in many spa services. Salon guests are also greeted in the lobby and escorted to the salon, which has a lounge. Shared suites for two leave extra time for relaxation or showering.

The massage menu is broad: Relax Me Swedish massage with custom-blended aromatherapy, deep tissue with yoga balm, hot basalt stone massage (without deep tissue), an anti-aging massage with full-body exfoliation, a targeted 40-minute session, a Beyond Balance session that pairs light-touch energy work with essential oils and natural crystals, reiki, reflexology, craniosacral therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, and pregnancy and oncology massages. Couples can book side-by-side sessions for two by phone. Facials include a 90-minute signature facial with double exfoliation and a paraffin mask, collagen, stem cell, vitamin C brightening, sensitive skin, and clarifying options, plus a customized WELL Spa facial in 30, 60, or 90 minutes. Chemical peels use lactic, salicylic, glycolic, or Modified Jessner solutions, and a consultation is recommended before peels.

The salon offers hair color, cuts and blowouts, keratin and Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatments in express and full versions, updos, braids, and children's fancy hair (for children 10 and under, on consultation). Manicures and pedicures use SpaRitual and Pure Fiji products, with gel polish, lavender paraffin options, and a seasonal Pure Fiji pedicure. Gel polish removal needs a separate soak-off booking, and dip or acrylic removal is not offered because the salon does not use drills.

Bridal parties can book hair styling, makeup, massages, facials, and manicures and pedicures together. The business describes this as a luxurious and pampering experience. Booking is available online or by phone, and gift cards are sold online.

Appointments require a valid credit card to hold them. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice, or the full value of the booked services is charged.
