The salon's haircutting philosophy centers on cuts that hold a shape when wet, need little product to style, and keep their proportions as they grow out. It says hair should only be handled by experienced, educated stylists, and that all stylists share the same training and receive continuing education from the Salon Director. Prices can still differ by stylist experience.

Services are grouped into cut and style, color, color correction, keratin treatments, hair extensions, Halo Couture extensions, facials, micro needling, lash and brow work, waxing, bridal services and a few specialty options such as Brazilian blowout, mink eyelash extensions and airbrush makeup. Hair coloring includes a wash, conditioning and blow dry style. Color corrections are priced after a consultation and may take more than one visit, and the salon asks clients to book a complimentary consultation first.

Booking is available online, and urgent bookings can be made by phone. Appointments are confirmed by email 72 hours ahead and by text 24 hours ahead. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice. Specialty services take a deposit, typically 50 percent, which is discussed when booking, and special order products are paid in advance. Children under 12 may not accompany guests during a service.
