The menu covers haircuts and cuts with styling, a range of color from root touch-ups and foils to balayage, ombre and dip dyeing, perms in full and designer versions, and Brazilian Blowout keratin smoothing for frizz and straightening. The Blow Dry Bar offers blowouts without a cut or color, with a basic blowout starting at $50, an ultimate version at $60 that adds a treatment step, and add-ons for thick or coarse hair and for a pin-up or braid.

Hair extensions are a major part of the business. Methods include tape-in, clip-in, sew-in, fusion, microlink and custom installations, and the salon works with Remy, Babe and Cinderella Hair extensions as well as custom clip-ins imported from Peru. A consultation comes first, with extension prices set at that visit based on time and materials, and a 50% deposit is required before hair is ordered. The salon recommends a follow-up two weeks after the first appointment and maintenance every few months after that.

Bridal services are offered both in the salon and on site, including hair and makeup trials and day-of appointments, with bridesmaid finishing and strip lashes available as add-ons. The salon suggests booking a hair trial two to three months before the wedding. A bridal consultation costs $32 and is taken off the bill if a bridal service is booked within 30 days. On-site weddings and weddings on Sundays carry a 20% gratuity. Makeup is done with Mirabella products for photo shoots and special occasions, and waxing covers brows, lip, chin and a two-area option.

The salon also rents chairs and suites to independent professionals at the Walkers Point location. Chair rent is $220 a week and treatment room rent is $250 a week, and renters set their own prices and schedules. Cancellations made within 48 hours are charged 50% of the booked services, and cancellations within 3 hours or no-shows are charged in full.

The salon combines a L'Oréal Professionnel product line with advanced in-house training, and says its stylists go through a rigorous program and continue with advanced cutting and color education.
