The studio is set up, according to the spa, for comfort, privacy and calm, and parking is available on site. Its stated goal is to help people feel better, with care built on kindness, skill and honesty. The Wellness Consult - Intake is a 30-minute visit priced at $299. It includes a review of intake forms and goals, a ShapeScale 3D body composition scan and baseline labs, followed by a diagnostic visit where a provider builds a personalized care plan. Wellness clients then get ongoing monitoring with follow-up labs.

Providers are described by the spa as nationally trained and highly credentialed, and the spa says every treatment is performed by licensed providers, including three licensed nurse providers. The spa offers five wrinkle relaxers: Botox Cosmetic, Dysport, Daxxify, Xeomin and Jeuveau, which the spa describes as FDA-approved. Treatments are typically repeated every three to four months, and the spa gives aftercare guidance, such as staying upright for four hours and avoiding strenuous exercise, saunas and hot yoga for 24 hours. Hours are Monday and Tuesday 10 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 3 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM and Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, with Saturday hours from 9 AM to 1 PM on one Saturday per month.
