Facials are a central offering. The Signature Radiant Facial is customized and comes in 60- and 90-minute versions, combining cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, microcurrent, Biosonix ultrasound, LED light, oxygen infusion, a custom mask and an arm and hand massage. The salon says it is the only med spa in Michigan offering this facial and that it is also offered at the Beverly Hills Hotel; it also calls this facial the one that made the business known. The Botox Glow Facial uses microneedling with a 24k gold microchannel system to deliver 20 units of Botox and a personalized vitamin blend. Other facials include the Fire and Ice Facial, the Lymphatic Drainage Facial, the Brightening Glow Facial, the Bridal Glow Facial, a pregnancy-safe glow facial, a postpartum facial that welcomes babies, and the Teen Custom Facial for ages 13 to 17.

UltraClear laser facial rejuvenation uses cold fiber laser technology across many areas, including the face, neck, chest, hands and acne scars, and clients must book a consultation before their first UltraClear treatment. The 3D Miracl Setting takes about 15 minutes with no numbing or downtime.

Beyond the treatment room, the business offers three membership tiers, called The Modern Club, along with bridal planning. Brides can start a prep timeline eight to twelve months before the wedding and receive a complimentary Modern Bride travel skincare bag.
