A new client, or a fill from another salon, with less than a quarter of extensions left is booked as a full set, and so is any fill beyond four weeks. Refills are typically needed every two to three weeks, sometimes four, depending on lifestyle and aftercare. The studio says the process is not painful and that many clients chat or sleep during their appointment.

Brow services include semi-permanent brows, which blend powder ombre with hair stroke lines and last one to two years, with topical anesthesia used to manage discomfort. Brow lamination is meant to give the brow a defined shape and fuller look and lasts three to four weeks. Waxing uses a honey wax method with hard wax made from natural ingredients, and the studio notes it suits sensitive skin.

Policies matter here. Arriving late means the appointment loses the time missed, and the technician may not extend the service because other clients may follow. Arriving 20 to 30 minutes late is treated as a failed appointment, with a fee, and may require rescheduling. Services are non-refundable and final, including if a client has an allergic reaction. Members save $5 when they combine a lash and brow service priced at $20 or more.
