The menu is grouped into Face Rituals, Anti-Aging Rituals, Brow and Lash Rituals and Wax Rituals. Facials range from a 30-minute personalized treatment with one touch-therapy to a 90-minute Gua Sha ritual. Anti-aging options include microchannel treatments, LED light therapy, microcurrent, diamond and hydro dermabrasion, several peels, and a Prism facial that combines dermabrasion, oxygen, stem cell infusion and cold therapy. Cold therapy and several other add-ons can be combined with a facial, and several treatments are sold as series of six.

Face Mapping is a skin analysis that uses Dermalogica's system. The consultation is complimentary and is listed at 15 minutes. Acne-focused options include a purifying treatment using the AGE Bright Clearing system and a teen treatment with light therapy.

Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 to 5:00, with Monday and Thursday by appointment, and the spa is closed on Sunday. Booking requires a valid gift certificate or credit card number. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or missed appointments are charged the full service fee. Phones must be off or silenced, children are not allowed in treatment rooms, and clients who feel unwell are asked to reschedule.
