Lash extensions come in Classic, Blend, and Volume styles and use a synthetic mink and silk extension available in many lengths, thicknesses, curls, and colors, applied with a medical-grade adhesive. A first full set usually takes about an hour and a half, and a fill takes roughly an hour to an hour and a half. Most clients return every two to three weeks for a fill, and anything returned after three weeks needs a full set. To prepare, arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes or let the team remove makeup on arrival, and skip curling your lashes beforehand. Waterproof mascara and eyeliner are not recommended with extensions, and regular mascara is allowed but wears them faster. Extensions should be professionally removed or left to shed, never pulled off at home.

Facials are customized to each skin type and typically include cleansing, a toner, a skin analysis, exfoliation, extractions, a neck and shoulder massage, a tailored mask, moisturizer, and SPF. The menu includes a Whipped Elderberry Facial, a Brightening & Clearing Facial, an Age-Smart Facial, a men's facial, a chemical peel, and a microdermabrasion facial. Brow services cover tweezing, waxing, henna brow stain, airbrushed brows, and brow lamination, which the studio lists as lasting up to six weeks. Waxing is also offered for the lip, chin, sideburns, nose and ears, underarms, and a combined brow and lip service.

Appointments require a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express card kept on file to secure the booking. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; late cancellations are charged half the service price and no-shows the full price. Arriving late shortens the service because appointments end on time, and a service that cannot be completed in full is charged in full. Reminders are sent by text and email 48 hours ahead. Payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and cash, with sales tax added where it applies. Treatments and series are non-refundable, and gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lash work uses a synthetic mink and silk extension with medical-grade adhesive, and facials are customized to each skin type.
