Prices are listed per service. Bikini Line waxing starts at $15, a Full Bikini is $40 and a Brazilian is $65, with a stomach strip or inner thigh included in bikini services. Underarm and lip waxing are each $15 and include post-treatment care. Facial options are a Full Face Duo at $42, a Full Face Trio at $55 and a Full Face at $65. A Body Polish Treatment, which includes polishing and moisturizing, is $200. Lash extensions come in classic or hybrid styles: a Classic Full Set is $130 and a Hybrid Full Set is $155, fills run $65 to $80 for classic and $67.50 to $82.50 for hybrid depending on fullness, and removal is $30. A $40 retainer secures the date and time for lash appointments and is non-refundable. ClassPass lash sets are listed at $85, with a retainer required for every ClassPass booking. Soft glam makeup includes Clusters at $50, Feature Focus at $70 and Special Occasion at $145, the last taking about 1 hour 15 minutes.

Booking is by appointment only. Every appointment requires a card on file and a retainer applied to the service total, and all fees must be received before an appointment is scheduled. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 48 hours notice. Clients get a five-minute grace period, after which each minute late adds $1 to the total, and clients who no-show are blocked from booking future appointments. Documents sent after booking must be signed before services begin, and bikini waxing clients are asked to arrive freshly bathed.

Retail and services are not refundable; product refunds are issued as merchant card credit toward future services. The Waxing Aftercare Kit contains three travel-sized items, the Ingrown Eliminator Serum, Fur Oil and Silk Scrub, for $40. Aftercare products are sold as pre-orders for local pickup and cannot be returned.

The salon describes its goal as a welcoming waxing experience and says it aims for affordable pricing, quality results and education on keeping results between visits.
