Wax Empire is a women-only waxing salon in Room 11 at 4117 N 17th St in Phoenix, located inside A Wellness Collective. The menu is organized by body area, so clients can find a single area or combine several in one visit. Open Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM; the salon is closed Sunday through Wednesday.

Single-area services run from short add-ons such as lip, chin, hand and toe waxing to half and full arm, back, leg and stomach waxes. Full body waxing is priced from $480 and takes roughly 195 minutes, covering the body from the neck down, front and back, with facial services excluded. Brazilian waxing has three levels: a new-client Brazilian, a lower returning-client rate for clients who have visited within the last three months, and a 60-minute Brazilian Deluxe Treatment. The deluxe version adds cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, steam, moisturizing, high-frequency and cooling globes, and a Hydrojelly mask.

Facials and vagacials are offered without wax, including a butt facial and basic and deluxe vagacial treatments. The deluxe vagacial adds a second mask, high-frequency treatment and cooling globes to the basic steps. Hydrojelly and Bushbalm hydrogel masks can be added to several waxing services for $25 each.

Clients can join the Royal Wax Club, a monthly membership at $65 that includes one Brazilian wax a month at 10% savings, 20% off aftercare products and a birthday treat. A Brazilian and vagacial membership is also available at $105 for 60 minutes. Prepaid Brazilian packages of three, six and twelve visits lower the per-wax price. Membership and package credits apply automatically at checkout when the usual service is booked online. New Brazilian clients pay a $37 deposit, and new clients booking a bikini service pay a smaller deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead and no-shows are charged the full value of the services booked. Gratuity is not expected or accepted. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

The salon says its waxing is meant to leave each client feeling self-assured and at ease with their own beauty.
