Chemical work is handled with care. A consultation is required before any chemical service, including coloring, bleaching, and permanent waving, and the consultation is paid ahead of time via Zelle. A strand test may be done to decide whether a chemical service will go ahead. Color correction is only booked in person after a consultation and is usually scheduled on Mondays or Tuesdays. Balayage also needs to be booked in person unless the owner has approved it beforehand. High lights can be booked during a consultation for new clients or for anyone who has not been in for over six months.

Haircuts, men's grooming, and waxing are offered alongside the color work. Men can book clipper cuts for fades, tapers, and mohawks, as well as beard trims and a straight razor shave with a facial. Waxing covers the upper lip, eyebrows, chin, and a full face. Clients who book a full face wax are asked to come in without makeup or facial products and to avoid exfoliating beforehand.

Booking terms are firm. Appointments require acceptance of a cancellation agreement and any change must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late changes or missed appointments can be charged up to the full service cost, and same-day rescheduling is treated as a last-minute cancellation. Clients who do not call or show up are not allowed to rebook. For emergencies, clients should text the owner's phone directly to avoid a fee or to arrange something new. Hair products can be ordered by text and may take up to a week to arrive if they are not in stock.
