The spa describes its approach as holistic beauty and well-being, built on organic and natural products and non-invasive treatments. Its treatments use Eminence Organic, Osmosis and Linder Health product lines. Kloud PEMF is offered as in-spa sessions and as at-home rentals of one to four weeks. The spa describes Kloud as a wellness and fitness device rather than an FDA-registered medical device, and says it is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure disease.

Eminence Organic skin care products can be bought through an online shopping link with free shipping, and a portion of each purchase supports the spa. Products can also be picked up at the spa by arrangement by email or phone. Digital gift cards come in $50, $100 and $200 amounts and can be used for services, packages, rentals and products.
