The menu covers several kinds of massage, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal and Abyanga warm oil, with couples versions of several of them. Facials are done with Image Skin Care products and cover acne, brightening, rejuvenation, microdermabrasion and eye-area care. Manicures and pedicures range from classic to gel, French and mirror finishes, with a dip nail bar available. Waxing covers the face, lip, underarms, legs and bikini areas. Yoga classes are held in the studio at The Island.

Appointments are booked by the spa's online booking page, and a credit card is required to reserve. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are charged the full rate, and clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early. Individual and couples massages run from 50 to 90 minutes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.

Spa packages bundle several services into one visit. The Harmony Flow Ritual pairs a private yoga session with a CBD oil massage, while the Mom-to-Be Serenity package combines a facial, a massage and a classic manicure and pedicure. Packages for couples, gentlemen and celebrations are also offered, and enhancements such as scalp massage, back exfoliation and a reflexology foot massage can be added to most visits. Yoga classes run 50 minutes and cost $25 each, suitable for individuals, couples, business conference attendees and small groups.

By its own account, the spa aims for a complete wellness visit that brings together massage, skin care, nails and yoga in one place.
