The Spa at Lakeway Resort is open daily by reservation. Its menu covers massages, body treatments, facials, peels, add-ons and packages, using botanical and lake-inspired ingredients. The spa has treatment rooms, lounges, dry saunas, couples' showers and a terrace overlooking the lake, and couples massages are given side by side in a couple's suite.

Guests can book a single treatment, add enhancements to a facial or massage, or choose a package. Packages range from a 1-hour 50-minute escape and a 2.5-hour day spa retreat to a couples experience with aromatherapy, time in the couple's suite and a Prosecco toast, and a larger celebration package for two. A 20% service charge is added automatically to each spa service at checkout and is shared among the staff who serve the guest; gratuity is discretionary. Prices and services may change without notice.

Spa membership plans are available as monthly, six-month and twelve-month options for single, couple and family use. Members get unlimited fitness center and pool complex access, plus discounts on regularly priced spa treatments and spa merchandise. Local guests who spend at least $100 on spa treatments receive complimentary pool access, subject to blackout dates.

Treatments draw on botanical and lake-inspired ingredients, and the facial menu includes a customized option built after a professional skin assessment.
