The studio is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and is closed on Sundays. Eyebrow threading can be done as a walk-in, while other services require an appointment.

Facials range from a 45-dollar Face Cleanup, which adds deep cleansing and gentle exfoliation and is listed as suitable for all skin types, to 1-hour Gold, Pearl and Signature facials. The Dermalogica facial is a 1-hour professional-grade treatment focused on deep cleansing and hydration. Before any service, clients are asked to disclose skin conditions, allergies, and use of products such as retinol, acne medications or exfoliants, and to follow pre-service care instructions. Services may be declined if skin is compromised, overly sensitive or at risk of lifting.
