Each client is given a personalized at-home morning and evening skincare routine, and the team tracks progress over time. Treatments include facials for acne, chemical peels for discoloration and texture, microneedling, salmon-derived polynucleotide facials, and HydraFacial sessions. Enhancements such as peels, dermaplaning, and lymphatic drainage can be booked alone as 30-minute visits or added to any facial.
Clients are asked to arrive no more than 15 minutes early and to complete paperwork beforehand. A coffee bar is available while they wait. On Saturdays the building's main doors stay locked, so clients wait in their car and text Chloe or Elise to be let in.

Through a partnership with Skinology, it offers treatment plans that can combine microcurrent, ultrasound, radiofrequency, mesotherapy, and topical products.
