The spa says it shapes each treatment around the individual rather than offering one set routine, and it asks clients to share their preferences and how comfortable they are with their provider. Facials are tailored to each client's skin concerns and draw on cleansers, masks, toners, serums and peels; the spa describes its organic facial products as award-winning. Prenatal massage is offered for expectant mothers, and the spa says it is designed to help with back pain, swollen joints and fatigue. It also says its therapists are trained for every stage of pregnancy. Belly Facials come in 30- and 60-minute versions and use organic products.

The Salt Room uses halotherapy, which releases a dry salt aerosol into a room kept between 68 and 72 degrees, and a blanket and heated neck pillow are available on request. The spa suggests a series of sessions with regular visits to maintain progress. Celluma light therapy has three settings, labeled Acne, Wrinkles and Aches and Pain, and requires no downtime. The spa states its low-level light devices have been cleared by the FDA for mild to moderate acne and minor muscle and joint aches. Celluma should not be used on children under 12, on the chest or stomach of a pregnant or breastfeeding person, or on clients with a history of epilepsy or seizures. Vibroacoustic therapy uses low-frequency sound through an inHarmony Sound Table as an option.

All sessions are by appointment only. Booking by phone or online is preferred, and first appointments should not be made by text or social media message. A credit card on file holds appointments. Clients can complete an intake form online before the visit or arrive about 10 minutes early to do it on site. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours notice, and no-shows or late cancellations are billed the full service amount, with exceptions for weather and emergencies. Essential oils are included at no charge in massages. Couples massages take place side by side in a private room, and couples rooms are only guaranteed when booked by calling the salon directly. Spa day packages combining a massage therapist and an esthetician must be booked by phone. Wellness membership is available for $120 a month.
