Voss Salon Dallas

Voss Salon is operated by Salon V II, LLC and has four locations in the Dallas area: Dallas on McKinney Avenue, Las Colinas in Irving, Richardson, and The Colony. Rachel Voss owns and runs the business. She has been a stylist since 2006, decided in 2016 to build a salon and team of her own, and has since opened several salons with a focus on training and supporting stylists. The salon says it has coached and grown hundreds of stylists. Richardson was featured in press coverage in June 2024 for its color and haircut work.

The salon describes its own leadership as focused on building systems and processes that help stylists grow, and says stylist happiness is a priority. Stylists choose their own schedules and receive unlimited vacation time, according to the salon. It states an aim of helping its stylists become among the top 8% of beauty professionals, and calls itself a Bellami flagship salon.

A complimentary consultation is offered at no charge to help guests choose a service, and new guests can use the matchmaking survey or Stylist Match Quiz to find a stylist. Guests are encouraged to book a first appointment by phone or in person. Phone calls for all locations go to (877) 424-6722, and each location lists its own text line and email. Every guest must put a credit card on file to reserve, which is charged only for a no-show or a cancellation made outside the 24-hour window. Appointments should be canceled at least 24 hours ahead; a later cancellation or a missed appointment is charged at 50% of the scheduled service. A no-show is arriving 15 minutes late or not arriving at all. If a guest is unhappy with a service, they can request a complimentary revision within 7 days, performed by the original stylist. Unsatisfactory products can be exchanged within 14 days for an equal or lesser value, but product refunds are not offered.
