Rachel Voss owns and operates Voss Salon. She started in the beauty industry as a hairstylist in 2006, worked at several salons, and in 2016 decided to open her own salon and build a team.
Since then she has opened several salons and has coached and grown hundreds of stylists. She later moved into a role centered on teaching and developing other stylists, and she works on systems and processes that help stylists grow. She aims to create salon environments that feel happy and modern, where stylists can develop.
