Color work is organized around a blended, low-maintenance technique called lived-in color, offered for men and for women, with a partial option for women starting at $200. Men's color with styling starts at $95 and women's partial color with styling starts at $200. Results typically last about three to six months, and appointments running past five hours may need a second visit.

Treatments include a 60-minute Head Spa Treatment, a six-part scalp and facial cleanse with an exfoliating scrub and massage, which starts at $125 and varies with hair density and whether a blow-dry and full styling are needed. Japanese hair straightening is offered for short hair and for medium to long hair, typically lasting six to eight months, and can be combined with the Milbon Hair Repair Treatment, a four-step process that comes with take-home weekly conditioning capsules.

The studio is an authorized Milbon retailer, and the owner is a certified Milbon professional. The shampoo bowl adjusts to a wide range of heights and has a hands-free waterfall hose. Scissors are Hikari Cosmos, hand-crafted in Japan and individually serial-numbered. The owner describes the luxury products used as good for hair, mind and spirit, and will source other brands on client request.

Clients have a 10-minute grace period, and later arrivals are rescheduled. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice incur $30 per hour of the service's duration, and appointments lasting two to four hours need at least a week's notice to cancel. New clients complete a form before booking and receive the full menu after it is accepted. Color clients arrive with clean hair free of dry shampoo or buildup, and haircut clients arrive with freshly washed hair. A consultation is recommended before booking a trending look.

Each client has a one-to-one appointment with full attention, and each head of hair is treated individually to enhance its natural texture and style.
