Appointments are booked through the salon's GlossGenius page. The salon is open on Tuesdays from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Thursdays from 11 AM to 4 PM, and Fridays from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and is closed Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. Cancelling within 48 hours of the appointment is charged at 50% of the service cost, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full cost. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
Vivids require an in-person consultation before booking. The consultation is listed at no charge and covers a client's hair history and budget, and a test strand may carry a fee.
