The menu covers a wide range of hair work. Cuts and styling include a haircut with shampoo and style, bang trims, thermal styling, formal styling, blowouts and silk presses. Color options run from all-over color and partial or full foil highlights and lowlights to balayage, global blonding, mini color refreshes between full appointments, and bold fantasy colors. Braids, festival braids, loc retwists, keratin treatment, glaze and deep conditioning round out the hair menu.

Extensions are a regular part of the work. New installations are priced per row, and move-ups are priced per row as well. Removal and reapplication is suggested after two move-ups. Consultations are offered at no charge.

Waxing for eyebrows and lips is listed alongside the hair services, with each appointment taking about 20 minutes.

Booking terms are set out clearly. Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment is charged at half the service price, and a missed appointment is charged the full price. After a first no-show, a non-refundable deposit is needed to book later visits. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards are sold.
