Weaves and extensions are the core of the work. Methods include sew-ins, tape-ins, micro ring and microlink extensions, glue-in ponytails and braid-down installs for glueless wig styles. Toupees and scalp hair replacement prostheses are also offered. The salon says its weave and extension technique is one of a kind, and it imports hair sourced from Eastern Europe, Laos and Malaysia.

Color services run from root touch-ups and all-over color to balayage, foil highlights, double process color, bleach and tone, and color correction. Thermal styling covers blowouts, wand curls and silk presses, which the salon also describes as one of a kind. A steam and fountain head spa treatment uses essential oils such as peppermint and tea tree oil; the salon says it can support scalp health and healthier-looking hair growth.

The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and is closed Sundays and Mondays. Sunday, Monday and after-hours appointments can be arranged on special request for a fee that depends on the service. Because appointments are kept in a book, prospective clients are asked to call before booking.

A non-refundable deposit at booking holds the appointment and is kept if a client cancels without rescheduling. Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice forfeits the deposit and adds a charge equal to the gap between the deposit and 25% of the service price. A no-show forfeits the deposit and adds a charge equal to the gap between the deposit and 50% of the service price.

On-location and house-call services are available, with a travel fee of $250 for short distances and $1,300 for out-of-town visits.
