Color work is organized around dimensional, rich results. For clients who are unsure which color service suits them, the salon offers a free 20-minute general consultation. Color correction and vivid color each have their own free consultation. For color correction, the salon texts the client afterward to decide whether an in-person or text/video consultation is the better fit. Vivid color consultations are 15 minutes, and text consultations are available at 916-878-8607.
The salon is open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Friday from 9:30 AM to 4 PM. It is closed Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. A valid card on file is required to secure any appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead carry a $30 fee, and cancellations under 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-show clients must pay 50% of the service price upfront before rebooking.
