Located at the corner of Richmond Avenue and Drexel Street, the practice sits between Greenway Plaza and the Houston Galleria. Its founder, Dr. Paul Vitenas, also started Mirror Mirror Beauty Boutique, a medical spa offering non-surgical treatments, and the Houston Surgery Center. Hours run Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The practice aims for natural-looking, proportionate results and builds a custom treatment plan around each patient's individual needs and goals. Initial consultations are complimentary, cover the patient's goals, and include a review of before-and-after photos. The practice says its team aims to provide a high level of personalized care and to build long-term relationships with patients.

The Houston Surgery Center is an ambulatory surgical care facility in the same building and is accredited by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities (AAAASF). The center has two operating suites, two private pre-op rooms and three recovery bays, and a registered nurse monitors patients continuously. Every surgery includes a private recovery bay with nursing staff. Surgical patients can reach the center by private elevator.

Anesthesia is tailored to each procedure and the patient's comfort level, with options that include local anesthesia with IV sedation and general anesthesia. A board-certified anesthesiologist oversees every surgical procedure.

Pricing is all-inclusive for surgery, covering the consultation, pre- and post-operative appointments, surgeon's and anesthesiologist's fees, the operating room, implants and the post-surgical garment. Prescriptions, over-the-counter medications and any extra blood work ordered for medical clearance are not included. Starting prices are published for many procedures, with the exact price set at consultation. Cash, major credit cards and financing through Cherry, CareCredit and Alphaeon Credit are accepted, but health insurance is not, since insurance does not cover elective procedures. Free, private, covered parking is provided for patients.
