Tiffany Italiano is a co-founder and serves as Director of Nursing, and all clinical services run under the direction of the Medical Director, Dr. Scott Pearlman, M.D.

New patients complete a health history, intake and consent packet, and a clinical evaluation before any physician-directed service, and a consultation is held ahead of the first treatment. Appointments take place in a private clinical space, with one-on-one provider time and confidential visits. Opening hours run Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday and Thursday from 9 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM. Sunday visits are by appointment only. Online booking and messaging are available at any hour, though messages sent outside business hours get a reply on the next business day. Physician-directed medical services are offered only at the Montvale location.

The menu spans several groups. Hormone work includes hormone replacement therapy, testosterone replacement therapy and bioidentical hormones. Weight work covers medical weight loss, peptide weight management and metabolic reset programs. Skin care includes HydraFacial, SkinStylus microneedling, skin tightening, collagen stimulation therapy and a regenerative facial using biologics. Wellness testing includes full blood panels, microbiome analysis, DNA mapping, epigenetic testing, InBody and a hormone and metabolic review. Prime IV Hydration & Wellness, a separately owned, non-medical studio at the same address, delivers the IV drips.

Single treatments begin at $75, and booking a series lowers the per-session price compared with single sessions. Founding Membership is $199 a month for the first 100 members, a rate that stays fixed while the membership remains active; after that, the monthly fee is $275. Memberships have a six-month minimum. Each month includes one Prime IV drip, one 60-minute massage or assisted stretch, one 30-minute ExoPod session and two Body Map & Hume scans, along with 15% off à la carte services, 10% off physician-directed medical services and 5% off Biologics. The practice is private-pay and does not bill insurance. It is not a participating provider with any health plan and does not participate in Medicare or Medicaid. Payment is due at the time of service unless the client has an active membership or prepaid package. HSA or FSA cards are sometimes accepted, depending on federal tax rules and the plan administrator. Payment options include Affirm, CareCredit and Zelle.

Care is physician-directed and grounded in evidence-based medicine, with individualized protocols built from diagnostics, goals and biology. The practice says it adopts new therapies only when they are expected to improve safety and outcomes.
